1. Take off the label from the bottle. (pieces of label may still be left)
2. Cut a u shape on the side of the bottle. (works best to cut out the side that has the label pieces leftover)
3. Remove the strings from the dust mask.
4. Place the dust mask face down in the bottle.
5. Tape down the dusk mask and the side for more comfort. (the more tape the better)
6.  Cut two slits on each side of the mask.
7. Use the leftover strings and put them through the slits and tie a knot at the end of each one. These will be used to support the mask to your head.
8. Repeat steps to make two more masks, but changing the dust mask  for the tissue in one and the paper towels in the other.

1. Wipe lunch meat on sections of counter and leave over night.
2.  Take a control swab to see if the materials are contaminated. Follow the General swabbing procedures but don't let it touch anything so that we can see if the materials are already contaminated.         
3. Mark off four equal sections of the counter
4. Swab the section of the counter that was not cleaned and transfer to agar plate
5. Clean the next section of the counter with vinegar and water mix, swab that section and transfer to agar plate
6. Clean next section with Method All-Purpose cleaner, swab the spot and transfer to agar plate
7.  Clean next section with Clorox wipe, swab the spot and transfer to agar plate 
8. Start incubation 

1. Open the swab without touching anything
2. Wet the swab with bottled water
3. Wipe the swab over the test area
4. Wipe the swab over the agar plate
5. Close the agar plate and place upside down in a warm place

2. Take pictures and observe growth twice a day for up to three days

1. Gather all materials.
2. Fill the vases with water.
3. In ⅚ vases add the different additives in.
4. Label the additives I put in each vase with tape.
5. Cut 2 inches off of bottom of stem on each of the 12 roses. 
6. Put 2 roses in each vase.
7. Daily check on the roses and take notes plus a picture.
8. Day 5 empty all the vases 1 by 1 and replace the same additives plus fresh water.
9. Day 10 take the final notes and pictures. 

1. Pour 5 tablespoons of vinegar in three bottles
2. Put the 1 powder in the 1balloon
3. Put the 2 powder in the 2 balloon
4. Put the 3 powder in the 3 balloon
5. Then put the ball tip over the bottle make sure the powder does not go in
6. Now tip over the balloon
7. Then see the reaction
