I got to travel to England which made me really happy because I love traveling. In England, I met some of my bestest friends which I'm grateful for. This project was a very fun experience  and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Just one year ago we didn't even know ehat stereotypes actually are and that we stereotype other people and ourselves every day. Now, we are learning so much about this topic. Now we see how stereotypes are impating our life and why we need to change that.

Something about our first short-term exchange to England written by one of our students from Croatia.
Our trip to England, Newcastle was a great opportunity for us to learn something new and to improve our English skills. I really appreciate the fact that. I  a part of the project. In that amazing six days I learned a lot about different religions around the world. I found out e.g. how Muslim women have to deal with the problems they have because of their religion and that was the saddest part. The interesting part was when we tried to meditate because it was the first time I tried that and it was pretty hard but funny. I really liked the game about stereotypes too, because it was very educational and I learned a lot of new things about people from the project. Now something about ¸¸the activity day“. That day I felt like I’m in some kind of a military school and the feeling was fantastic. It helped me to face my fear– claustrophobia, because we went into a narrow underground tunnel. We've learned a lot about others but also about ourselves. We all like to think of ourselves as being tolerant, non-judgemental and open-minded, but sometimes we are not without even realizing it. This project has helped me realize how stereotypical I can be and work on it. Also, we've all made some beautiful friendships and memories!
