Some people would agree that Social Structure is not the most important because it doesn't help the civilization of Mesopotamia grow. But everybody in Mesopotamia had a role and a purpose to help the community grow because the organization of Social Structure made everybody have an assigned role, or else the king would be farming, and not doing their role for the civilization. So this helps everything calm down, and not be so chaotic.
