As a hospitality manager, I work in customer service all the time, so I understand how important it is to take it seriously and make people feel happy and valued. I like customer service to be as quick and effective as possible. If I have a question or a problem, I just want it solved fast without going in circles. I don’t like waiting too long or being transferred a bunch of times. I definitely prefer customer service from actual people instead of machines. Sometimes automated systems don’t get what you’re trying to say or give you useless answers. With a real person, it’s easier to explain your issue and get help right away, it just feels more human and less frustrating.

Customer service as part of my job, i think is very important to build trust and have a good relationship with clients, so i try to always listen carefully, and look for the best solution, even when i have to say a no for an answer, i try to give other options.

As a customer, i always try to be patient, but i hate when they dont think out of the box to give you a solution.

Customer Service as part of my job would be very challenging because I can only handle interacting with people for short periods, and many clients are not always kind to employees. Understanding this, I try to be patient and kind as a client because I think the have very long work shifts

Customer service is everything at my job, because showing respect and knowledge to the clients is an essential part of consulting. As a customer, if someone gives me a great service I tend to stick to it, until I don´t need it anymore, or if it´s a restaurant I tend to return every time I can.
