My name is Victoria, my friends call me Vicky. I'am 22 years old and I'm currently studying for a degree in biology at the PUCV.

My hobbies are stationary, skin care, the baking because I really love to cook bread, cookies, cakes, pancakes, etc. 

Sometimes I play the cello and well, before the pandemic I did karate. I really miss doing some activities that require a non pandemic status.

Dear Executive Director,

Since my childhood I have wanted to contribute to humanity and planet earth with good actions. This has led me to be an activist since I was 10 years old. Thanks to this, I decided to study a scientific career which would allow me to solve socio-environmental conflicts and improve the quality of life of both human beings and our planet.

Currently I am in my last year of biology degree. My expertise areas are Molecular Biology, Microbiology and Pathogenic fungi.  My laboratory skills are DNA extraction, DNA purification and PCR. Also I worked in the Laboratory of Zoology, Epidemiology and Evolution in the  FONDECYT project 3180237 for 6 months in the 2018. In this moment I writing a mini-review about the fungi rots of table grape in Chile and how to control them with biologic agents like bacterias.

I have experience working as a volunteer in the Global Embassy of activists for Peace (2012-2018) in all the programs. As well I was been president of the Student Center of Bachelor Biology in the period 2018-2019 and today I'm the finances secretary. All this extracurricular activities has given me skills like leadership, possitive attitude, persuasion, collaborative work and creativity.

I am particularly interested in working with you in the Millennium Institute for Integrative Biology because the vision that you have is totally agree with my goals in the professional area. Also I believe I am prepared to handle the exciting challenges this position presents.

Is a comfortably place for take a coffe with your family and friends.

You can find different kinds of hot drinks like coffees and chocolate, all of them are organic.
Also you can find a varieties of gluten free pastries and cakes. So celiac people love this place.
Finally we have cold drinks, they´re perfect for hot days. You can see our menu in the next image!

Currently we are working for expand our local to other cities, because we are only in Santiago. We also want to implement home deliveries, so we´re in talking with rappi for that.
