         <description><![CDATA[<div>1).&nbsp; You factor an expression by taking the number and seeing what you can multiply the number by that is in common with the other number, then you do it to the other side, after you do that you put those numbers times the letters how many times you need to, then you see what they have in common and that is the GCF.&nbsp;<br><br>2). You expand an expression by figuring out what the GCF is and putting whats left over in parenthesis. Here is a random example&nbsp; 2x(6+8xy).</div>]]></description>
