When we choose to stick with God's Word (cultural issues in the world right now ) if we are not using God's Word as an anchor we are adrift. It is not just his Word thousands of years ago - it is for 2021. With correction: we do this with a biblical mindset and view of the image-bearer. / In all of our dealings and interactions with children, staff and the world... we strive that all we say and do is bringing glory to Christ! / Parent partnership... walking arm-in-arm with the parents and heading towards the same goal... shepherding their hearts and having great conversations with parents about their child's spiritual walk and heart issues / Servant leadership encouraged both through formal service projects but also informally in each classroom in terms of effort and work and help to others... also encouraged through Reading Buddies and through (in most years) middle schoolers serving the school by helping with drop-off and pick-up (Side Note: We need to get back to this soon!!  :)).

Our school staff and teachers speak with respect and honor toward Redeemer Church and out of a desire to steward the building and our relationship with the church well... We minister to children and families from both Redeemer & its plants and from other churches... We have done a lot of reaching out to get the word both to Redeemer Church & its plants AND to the wider community through preschools, through advertisements and articles for a broad audience (Forsyth Family), our BTC / BTN scholarships also encourage families from diverse and worldwide backgrounds.

Our curriculum of other cultures we look at through a Biblical lens 

Covenant community - the partnership we enjoy with parents allowing us to share concerns in a gracious environment

Seeing children as created in the image of God - we get to come into the child's journey, respect that year in their life

Purpose/Mission/Values:
Pointing children to Jesus in all we do.
Like-minded community - being able to find a middle ground in medical alliance decision
Curriculum - life-long pursuit of wisdom

2. The grade level service projects. We are able to freely talk about Christ and that everything we do starts with Him and with prayer. We are praying for each other. 

Thankful that we take a child where they are in their education, and there is no intense pressure to meet strict milestones.

3. Our vision of being more intentional to have our school reflect all people groups and all children of God. Let it be stated that we are trying to do something about insuring that our school includes all image bearers. We should be praying over who God enables to come to our school.
