I send this email to tell you about my experience with a group of pupils.

As we talked when we saw, I  have a  group with behavior problems in class.

Then I was thinking to use another forms for try to improve it.

First, I implemented one hour of guided meditation every day. Then, twice a week we´re reading stories of exemplary men. After that, they are also doing community jobs to help other people.

Finally, all actions results positive sine they are changing for the better.

I hope this experience help you with you pupils.

My friend Adrian entrust me for organized the party and he is going to invite people on this week.

Tomorrow, I'm buying food and drinks for approximately twenty-five guests. So I send you to the list of buys.

The list: 10 bottles of water / some packs of beer cans / 5 or 4 box of wine / 15 or 12 big pizzas / 10kg of ice cream.
