I was not able to meet the deadline to submit the assessment data to my superior. 

T: My task during that time was to interpret the data that was collected through the genomic analysis conducted for microbial assessment presence in the acidic peat soil.

A: Therefore, I sincerely apologize to my senior researcher as well to my team leader for carelessness in didn’t maintaining a good time management skill. I also try to perform additional task voluntarily to undo my mistakes. 

R: In last, I was able to forgive my seniors as well as by my team leader for the mistake that I have committed. I have learned that procrastination have severe impact in our personality where people judges us based on that and it can affects our credibility. So always maintain a good time management and hard work for it.
