Đề: There are many reasons that can motivate a person to stay working for the same company. Some believe that money is the main reason.Do you agree or disagree?

A group of people argue that employees stay for a long period with the same organisation due to the monetary benefits, while others say that there could be other factors as well. This essay disagrees with that statement, as people might stay due to the favourable work environment and the flexibility at work.

The most important reason people stay at the same company is it is supportive at work. In other words, when employees are satisfied with their managers and colleagues at work. They will feel comfortable and safe. because they know they will have support when they need it, this increases a sense of security so they will stay at the company. For example, A survey conducted at The Apple Inc., for 5 consecutive years, they found that employees who are satisfied with their manager and co-workers are most likely to stay at the company.

Another reason is the policies and facilities provided. Employees will consider monetary benefits and consider other benefits such as time off work, health insurance, working from home, and flexible working hours. When an employee is only paid an extra salary without additional support in terms of health assurance holiday cover. They will feel that they have a loss of personal interests. For example, my friend is working for Momo. My friend got a raise according to the time he worked. But the company does not allow employees to work from home and does not have a shuttle to pick up employees.

In conclusion, The element of working relationship between managers, employees, facilities and policies is provided by the company. which plays an important role.

In various countries, children are paid to do some work. A group of people do not accept this fact while others claim that it helps children to get/gain important experience for the future. This essay will discuss two viewpoints and show my way of thinking in the upcoming paragraph.

On the one hand, many people think that if the children are engaged in some kind of work, they will not be lazy and learn a lot in life. They will also see difficult moments in life as their parents suffer, with what difficulty they earn money. In addition, they will have experience in the future, and support their personal development among the working people.
On the other hand, others think that this is completely wrong because every young person must be educated at school on time. Work prevents them from learning, doing in time for additional classes, and doing homework. This will not give them a chance to learn something new.
In my opinion, working alongside studying can help youngsters gain many skills such as teamwork, the responsibility of completing a task, and experience, and it can also provide you apprentice environment in the field you would like to work in.

To conclude, it is true that children are getting paid for some works nowadays. Although if children study hard they will reach many achievements in their life in the future, I still argue that working experience is more beneficial for the young generation in the long term.

The issue of whether children should engage in paid work during studies is a matter of concern for many guardians. Critics argue that children earning money at a young age can harm education, however others and I believe the opposite. This essay will discuss both views by using examples from Oxford University study 2020 and the Bupa Employment survey 2019.

On one hand, many believe when children start getting involved in other activities such as a job, this harms their schoolwork. For example, a study done in 2020 by Oxford University found that 76% of young people in positions of employment had 15. 5 % lower grades than children who are not involved in any work. Based on these results, it can be said that children who are only fixated on studying tend to get higher marks in contrast to youngsters who have jobs. So if children just focused on school learning and not on paid work they will increase their grade percentile in school.

On the other hand, youngsters are encouraged to work, gain experience and learn a new set of skills. As many job employment agencies hire someone with experience and not just academics. For example, a Bupa Employment survey done in 2019, found that children who started working early were more likely to be hired and additionally, 45% were in high-rank positions at work in the future compared to children who had no work experience. Based on this report, it can be said that working alongside studying is a vital component of development and guardians should get kids in some kind of paid-work weekly.

In my opinion, working alongside studying can help youngsters gain many skills such as teamwork, the responsibility of completing a task, and experience, and it can also prep you in what field you would like to work in.

To conclude from the aforementioned arguments, though working at a young age has benefits such as work experience, it also has drawbacks, like lower class grades. Hence, youngsters and parents should be cautious about how many hours of paid work should be done to keep the balance between education and other activities.
