A effective school is a school that can see past its building and works to build leadership. It places the principals and other stake holders at the forefront to school improvement. These active members within the school system will help encourage the leadership to happen. 
The leadership will happen within the school beyond the school and will taking "responsibility for the education of all children rather than only those attending their own schools" (Harris & Jones, 2016, Chapter 10).

Educators that are currently working within schools feel the need to step up and look at other perspectives. We want to work along side different institutions and other colleagues from around the world. This might mean that those that have left the classroom will need to bring their expertise into the equation for school improvement. It also means that teachers that are hiding in their classrooms will need to come out and participate globally with other colleagues and that scares many of the traditional teachers. Until we do though we will continue to blindly fail our children.

Of these only the “about” matches with the traditional educational practice. The “through” type that has the most potential to produce entrepreneurs, because they get students to mimic and simulate what entrepreneurs do (Robinson, Neergaard, Tanggaard, Krueger, 2016). 

Schools can be reinvented starting with a focus on entrepreneurship. This reinvention will be a student-centered program with the goal of creating an entrepreneur mindset in students so that they will be ready to participate in a globalized society.

Research has shown that this focus also influences all involved because of personal accountability, creating positive vision for the future, change of societal perspectives leading to the ability to be active in a globalized society as well. Again, these changes will start in the school environment.

Teacher leaders will be main group of individuals who will be working with students for these changes to happen. They shape the foundation for whether students will be adequately prepared for life in the real world. Without collaboration from the community, administrators and parents, this reform will fail.
