It's definitely clean and I like how each lesson is similar/uniform so you have an idea of what to expect. 
My one critique at this point would be to change your menu bar at the top so that it doesn't run off the page. Could you possibly make it something like [Home] [Lessons <drop down menu showing all lessons] [Discussion board] [Resources] [PD Evaluation].
