I have found it best to have a designated space for me to put student papers/worksheets in each of the classrooms I teach in so that I don't have to carry everything with me.

Navigating the stairwells

The platform in the middle stairwell is super crowded, so I will go down from the 4th to 3rd floor, then duck down the 3rd floor hall to go to the 1st stairwell to get to the 2nd floor more quickly.

Time to meet with teachers in shared spaces to discuss preferred seating arrangements. coming to an agreement, or agreeing to leave them as they should be arranged for the next class.
