Something as simple as running, jogging, or walking a lap each morning or picking up a few weights each day, swimming a few laps or putting in a couple of push ups. Some sort of constant moving activity is enough to be your physical fitness. As you progress into your physical journey, you can push yourself more each day.</div>]]></description>
