Stages of Tea Harvesting, Processing and Grading

In order to make tea suitable for consumers, it is necessary to carefully select high-quality tea leaves. Tea preparation process begins with picking tea leaves from the tea field. Then the picked tea leaves are dried in the sun and finely ground with a grinder. By the time it is dry enough the dried and grounded tea leaves are then fermented. Once this is done, we select carefully selected tea leaves that are fermented, dried and ground to the highest quality standards for the best consumers. Finally, the selected tea leaves are packed and ready to be distributed to stores and delivered to consumers. In summary, making tea bags requires a lot of work, process, and precision. We really put our heart into the process, so that it can become a bag of warmth for consumers.

First thing first is we start at the production, the milk is produced at dairy frams. Next is to the process of “Collection from the farms” which is collecting the milk from the farms. Next up we have the milk heating process, in this stage, the milk is heated to 36 degree celcius for 30 minutes. The reason this stage is important is because it will kill the bad bacteria inside of the milk so it is save when you drink it, this process is also known as “pasteurisation”. Fourth step is the separation stage, in this stage, the milk is separated to milk into full fat, semi-skimmed and skimmed milk, and cream. Then we will put the milk into bottles and cartons of different sizes, now they are ready to be shipped and that leaves us to our final step which is distributions. Milk are will be delivered and transport to small shops, supermarkets, and private homes.

Conclusion?

The milk we buy and drink from the supermarket is not as easy as we think. The process of making milk so that it can be enjoyed requires a long process.

First of all, Milk production is carried out on cattle farms which require good quality milk to be sold and enjoyed. To produce good pure milk, the milking process is done twice a day. The milking interval is 8 hours. Cow hormones will stimulate the brain and secrete milk. Milking can only be done for 5 to 10 minutes because it follows the work of the hormones of the dairy cow. Next is the process of milk that has been treated properly can be made into various type of milks according to what we need such as, milk with full fatt, semi-skimmed and skimmed milk, and cream. If the milk that has been processed properly and healthy, the milk is ready to packaged for sale to various place. To attract consummers , of course we need a package for the milk such as putting it into bottles or cartons. When everything is done we can sell it in supermarket, mall, market, stalls, and we can alsl deliver it to private homes.

For the conclution, Milk production is not just from a cow, but the process of making clean and healthy milk for good consumption requires a long process and is not as easy as we think.

The Complex Procedure of Tea Making

Tea is a fragrant drink made by pouring hot or boiling water over cured or fresh leaves. Tea is the world's second most popular drink, after water. Tea comes in a variety of flavors, some of which are cooling, slightly bitter, and astringent, while others have a broad range range of flavors that include sweet, nutty, floral, or grassy notes. Tea has a stimulating effect on humans, owing to its caffeine content.

There are several steps that must be completed prior to making the drink in order for it to be consumable. These steps include tea harvesting, treatment, and also grading. Not only that, but those steps are divided into several stages. So, what are the multiple stages of the harvesting, treatment, and also the grading of tea? How does one go about producing high-quality tea?

First of all, the tea leaves must be harvested and picked from the bushes. After the tea leaves are harvested and picked carefully, the leaves are dried out in the sun, so it can have this dry texture and then they'll be crushed through rollers, crushing them into small bits and pieces. Thirdly, after they're crushed nicely, water is added to the leaves and then they'll be fermentated for some time. Following the fermentation process, the leaves are dried once more. Once they're dry, the tea leaves should be graded according to their qualities so that it can be crafted to its best quality. As soon as they've been graded, the leaves are packed into small paper tea bags that are usually made of a blend of wood and vegetable fibers material. Lastly, the packed tea can be transported and distributed.

To summarize, we can assume that the process of making tea is quite complex and that it should be done meticulously and precisely. All teas that have good quality can be distinguished by their taste, aroma, and appearance.

Because of the parasite's size and genetic complexity, each infection exposes the human immune system to thousands of antigens (proteins).
Even while in the human host, the parasite goes through several life stages, presenting different antigens at different stages of its life cycle. It has been difficult to determine which of these can be a useful target for vaccine development. Furthermore, the parasite has devised a number of strategies to confuse, conceal, and misdirect the human immune system.

To begin with, when a mosquito bites, it injects saliva. Parasites enter human blood. The parasites then enter the liver, where they multiply and change. Parasites then enter blood cells, resulting in a malaria attack. As soon as this is completed, parasites change into a new form of parasite. When a mosquito enters, it creates a new parasite because it sucks blood from humans. Finally, parasites move from the mosquito's stomach to its saliva. When the mosquito bites another person, the cycle of human infection restarts.

The production of milk includes some steps or stages needed. It needs a process until it becomes a well-produced milk. There are 3 stages which are the stages of collecting, treating, and distributing. In this text, we are going to talk about those 3 stages in detail.

First, milk is produced at dairy farms. A dairy farm is where female livestock are raised for their milk. Farmers have the role to collect the milk from the dairy cattle every day. Second, we collect milk from the farms. Going on to the next step, milk is heated to 63° celsius for 30 minutes. It is called the pasteurization and it is done to kill the bacteria. The process continues to the separation of milk into full fat, semi-skimmed and skimmed milk, and cream. Separation of milk is possible because of difference in density between the fat and the skim milk. When the milk fat in the form of globules rises to the surface of the milk, the globules maintain their identity at the temperature below their melting point. After the separation, we do the packaging. We put the milk into bottles and cartons of different sizes. Lastly, we can’t forget about the delivery. Milk is transported to private homes, small shops, and supermarkets.

Those are the steps to produce a high-quality milk. It is important to not miss any steps so that the milk is healthy and safe to consume.

Milk is the most valuable protein food that widely consumed by people all over the world. The milk as a raw food is easily available on various dairy farms that are processed to the increases the variety of nutrients.
Milk is obtained from the cow (or goat, sheep, or water buffalo) under sanitary conditions and cooled to 45°F (7°C) within 2 hours of milking. Milk is picked up by a handler who takes a sample and then pumps the milk from farm's bulk tank into the milk truck. A handler may pick up milk from more than one farm, so a truck load may contain milk from several farms when it is delivered to the processing plant. Before the milk can be unloaded at the processing plant, each load is tested for antibiotic residues. If the milk shows no evidence of antibiotics, it is pumped into the plant's holding tanks for further processing. If the milk does not pass antibiotic testing, the entire truck load of milk is discarded and the farm samples are tested to find the source of the antibiotic residues. Regulatory action is taken against the farm with the positive antibiotic test. Positive antibiotic tests are rare, and account for far less than 1% of the tank loads of milk delivered to processing plants.
Milk at the plant is stored at less than 45°F (7°C) and is usually processed within 24 hours, but can held for up to 72 hours (3 days) before processing. Longer holding time allows for growth of spoilage organisms that grow at refrigerator temperatures, called psychrotrophs.

The milk processing section in processing plants contains all operations of milk like collecting milk from farmers, storing milk in tanks then separating, pasteurizing and homogenizing for making good quality milk products by using some milk processing equipment that is described below.
In the first step, milk is pasteurized which means that it is heated by a series of plates to atleast 163 degrees for 15 seconds and then cooled quickly back down to its normal storing temperature (37-38 degrees). Pasteurization kills any disease-causing bacteria that may be present in the supply and helps to make the milk stay fresher for a longer time period.
The milk then travels to a separator that separates the butter fat out of the milk and then meters it back in to give the milk the proper amount of fat content. Depending on what type of milk is being processed, the separator adds 3.25% to 0% fat back into the milk. During the next step, milk undergoes a homogenization process in which the milk is forced through tiny openings under high pressure. This breaks down the fatty globules of cream so that the cream will not float on top of the milk, and every drop of milk will contain equal amounts of cream. After pasteurizers, the separators come as third main equipment in milk plants that ensure the excellent products quality and high performance in milk skimming by preventing intake of destructive air. After pasteurizers, the separators come as third main equipment in milk plants that ensure the excellent products quality and high performance in milk skimming by preventing intake of destructive air.

The dairy industry processes raw milk into an array of products including butter, cheese, cream, yogurt, ghee, condensed milk, dried milk, ice cream, etc. and produces various by-products including buttermilk, whey, ghee, and skim milk.
The milk travels through pipes to the automatic packaging machines that fills and seals the milk into paper cartons or plastic jugs. As the containers move through the assembly line, a date is printed on each of them to show how long the milk will stay fresh. After packaging, the milk is finally ready for the customers, and it is stored in a big, refrigerated room until it is delivered to stores to be sold.

You know. It turns out that the milk we drink has gone through many processes.

First is the production stage. Milk is produced by dairy cows, usually for the dairy production stage the factory has its own cattle farm so that it is easier. At the second stage is the process of taking from the farm. At this stage all the milk produced by the cow will be brought and then brought to the factory. In the third stage or the next stage is the Treatment stage where the milk is heated to 63° Celsius for 30 minutes to kill all bacteria contained in the milk (this stage is called pasturization). The fourth stage is the processing stage where the milk is separated into several types such as full fat milk, semi-skimmed and skimmed milk, and cream. Milk is dated so that the person who buys it knows when it is produced and knows about its freshness. In the fifth stage or the stage of packaging milk is put into cardboard containers and bottles of varying sizes. Then at the last stage or delivery, the milk is distributed to shops and milk suppliers or individuals who need the milk.

In conclusion, the milk we drink requires a long process to ensure its freshness and avoid all bacteria and dangers. This is to help us get all the good benefits of the milk we drink.

The milk is sent through stainless steel pipes to large refrigerated vats, then stored at 5°C or less. Pasteurization is a process of heating food with the aim of killing harmful organisms such as bacteria, protozoa, mold, and yeast and a process to slow down the growth of microbes in food. Homogenization is process where milk is put under pressure through fine nozzles, which evenly disperses fat globules. This stops the cream separating and rising to the top, allowing a more consistent texture and taste. Some manufacturers produce unhomogenised milk for people who prefer the cream to separate and rise to the top of the bottle. Consumed by two-thirds of the world's population, Tea is the most popular and cheapest beverage next to water. However, before it can be consumed safely, the drink has to go through several complicated steps, such as, harvesting, treatment, and grading.

The first step starts with harvesting, or picking leaves. According to expert tea growers, the perfect time to pick tea leaves are between spring and summer, as most of them are still young and fresh. After being picked carefully, the leaves must be dried out in the sun for a couple days before it gets crushed through the rollers. The next step of tea processing is grading. It's where the dried leaves are sorted according to quality. Finally, the leaves are sent to be packed into what we know as tea bags. When the whole process is done, the packages goes to be distributed until it reaches the hands of consumers.

As demonstrated above, a lot goes behind the process of making tea. Each types of tea also has different methods depending on how difficult they are to make. From this we can conclude that, to ensure a high quality product for consumers, everything has to go through different kinds of process.
