This lesson is very important for us, because as teachers it is necessary to use all the tools for the kids so they can learn in a fun and didactic way. Also, as teachers we will have to use textbooks, so we have to apply them in class and also look for others way to teach.

In this first session we focus on introducing ourselves and talking about our personal interests and experiences teaching very young learners. We talk about how we felt, what we learnt, what strategies you used and how challenging it was four us.

This lesson was very interesting, because we learned how we can sort out materials that are important for us and the importance of adapting materials. Also, as teachers we have to know which materials the school provides us that is relevant and also how we can add and compliment the lesson with other tools.

In this lesson we learn about how can we preparing a lesson plan. Also we learn how much important is planning a lesson to make it easier for children to learn and create a dynamic environments. As a teachers we need do this process because we have to be prepared and be aware of what we want to teach. So we need to know what will we teach, how will we do that, what strategy and resources will we use, etc.

In this session we talk about young learners like to have, like routines in the classroom, personalized feedback on their language, opportunities to respond to and use language creatively and how important physical movement is. Then we learned about Bloom taxonomy.

Lesson 4: Types of lessons planning (18/04)

In this lesson we learn about three study modalities: online, in person and blended lesson. Also we compare we compare them to know the advantages and disadvantages of each one. We think in person lesson it is better for children because they need to have contact with the materials to learn easily and also with the teacher and another children to develop their social skills.

In this lesson we talked about the importances of using stories in class and which ones we can use for little kids to capture their attention. Also, how we can use and adapt songs to make the class fun and didactic. Also, the teacher provided us with some web sites we can use in order to use great resources during class.

In this class we learned why it is so important to include craft in class with our kids.

Lesson 11 y 12: Assessment and evaluation

It's important for teachers to assess students because to know if they have learnt in lessons, know if they have previous knowledge of the subject and also to identify their progress. In this lesson we find that there are 2 types of assessment: formal and informal. Formal is a grading system based evaluation to monitor student's knowledge and Informal method of student evaluation that does not have any standard grading criteria. A material that helped us to understand better this lesson is this video.

It was a really fun class because now we know which crafts we can use and also have fun! We also saw how to use some craft techniques. And also how we can close a class for crafts.
