• Read the impact of time management on classroom performance

The purpose of this study is to find effective ways that can assist teachers in utilizing their time to the best. By adopting these practices, teachers can work more efficiently, be less stressed, and have a more interactive learning environment for students. I will present major findings and easy-to-adopt methods to enhance time management in teaching.

In my teaching context, I work with small groups of around 12 students per class. My students are school-aged learners between 10 to 17 years old. As a teacher, I focus not only on developing their English language skills but also on managing classroom time effectively to ensure that every lesson runs smoothly and productively.

The specific aim of my research is to explore how implementing time management strategies can enhance my teaching performance, improve lesson flow, and positively impact students’ engagement and learning outcomes. I seek to investigate how better time management can contribute to creating a well-structured, supportive classroom environment for both the teacher and students.
