         <title>Explicitly teaching what respect looks like and sounds like at St Joe&#39;s and how students can show it. For example, students using their phone during liturgies and assemblies. Students learning that the process is the same for all teachers but teachers aren&#39;t all the same and they need to learn to adjust. Part of the problem is we don&#39;t all follow the processes ourselves. How can we get all teachers on board? </title>
