“There is only one success to spend your life in your own way” ,

Morley.

Success is very important for me. I believe that everybody can’t live without it. In our lives there are a lot of difficulties and tasks. And we have to work hard in order to solve our problems. So every person in his own life should be studious to achieve something important for him. I guess that success is the result of our efforts. As Dale Carnegie said, ‘Success is getting what you want. Happiness is wanting what you get’.

What should we do to become successful? In my opinion, if you want to have a success, you should have clear focus on your future, determine your needs and tasks accurately. It’s good if we are happy owners of some innate abilities which help us to achieve success. Supportive family and financial security are also very useful in it. My own experience demonstrates that there is no success if there is no ability to take risks, self-confidence and even ruthlessness. All these are important factors in becoming successful. And what about luck? From my point of view luck is casual success, which is unexpected and independent of efforts. In other words, my attitude to success is “Wish, do and enjoy your success!”

What do all successful people seem to have in common?

Let me start with the questions: “Who is the successful person? What kind of person is he or she?”

To my mind it’s somebody who had achieved AIMS? self goals or<del> </del><del>even </del>in the close way to achieve them. We had read four texts about such successful people. So, what seems in common between all THOSE these professionals? First of all, we can remark these people had to work very hard. In spite of the fact that HARDLY ANY <del>each</del> of them had a clear focus about future career, <del>but</del> everyone had a strong determination to ?get success. All of them supposed that no half-hearted man could reach confident success in life, you must be hardworking, determined, self confident and proceed against the odds.
In addition, I noticed that these people believed that there was something that could help in progress to REACH success, such things as a personal recommendation or friends who could vouch for you, networking and useful links or a kind of a tutor in chosen professional area.
To sum up it is difficult to foresee your future, but if you’ve got strong will and push yourself to success you may reach desired points.

People, who really achieved a success in their lives have got some similar traits. They are all self-confident and have a clear focus on their careers. I believe children become confident, when they are grown up in supportive families. First bricks of success are put in them by parents. This sort of people often have a charisma, they want other people to like them and they try to attract everybody’s attention to themselves. Successful people are gregarious, they make friends easily and often find support in their surroundings.
To be successful isn’t enough to be lucky in business. It’s a hard work to reach a financial security and get a good position in life. So if you are not hardworking, you’ll never be at the top of your profession.
Unfortunately, most of the successful people are ruthless. They are ambitious and they often go to their aims without thinking and caring about the others. Modern young people are more individuals than the ones of old generation, they like using all possibilities to be number one everywhere… and posting hundreds of photos of their success on Instagram.

In my country young people start working at different ages. It depends on which main priority someone faces when looking for a job. Nowadays Russian people have great opportunities to get higher education. So <del>the</del> most of them start working after leaving university. They are at least 21 years old at that moment. Obviously, they are already independent and accomplished people. They begin to apply for jobs, bur the interesting ones have all been snapped. They end up at waiters, salesmen etc. and decide to make the best of it. Against the odds, including, heavy workload and dealing with a wide variety of people from all walks of life, young workers get skills which will help them with problems in their future life and job. So some of them have a career. However my first experience wasn’t so ideal. I tried to work since 14. My father drove his own bus, and made me to be a bus conductor there. Of course I took exception to this work. My job seemed to me very difficult. I took on a heavy workload. Although I enjoyed being part of other bus conductors’ close-knit community, I took all negative episodes of my job seriously and couldn’t make the best of it. Nevertheless my first job had a major impact on my future job.To conclude I have to say it is very important to have a work placement to get experience before you are offered a permanent job. Moreover no matter how old you are when you start working. Because only trying yourself in different roles you begin to understand who you are and what you really fancy doing.

Opening sentence?
In reality (as opposed to what?) young people in Russia start working after finishing a college or university. Nowadays the situation with getting a good job is becoming worse and worse, because all the places are snapped up by someone from the family or close friends (of whom?). Some companies avoid hiring inexperienced people, because they're perceived as being "too risky". Dealing with a wide variety of tasks, meeting tight deadlines can be a compelling reason (or skill?) for getting a job. The main priority for employees who are hiring is to have a skilled and experienced person, which might be a problem for those <del>who </del>just graduated from university. But as for work placements, some companies give students the chance to gain hands-on experience before they start their career. It could stand them in good stead, even without (what do you oppose again?) working long hours and being a part of close-knit community.
To sum it up, not only clear focus and self-confidence are the key factors to success, but also determination and hard work, which always pays off.

There is a widespread stereotype that if you want to get a permanent job and high salary you need only a degree. Personally, I strongly object to this statement. I am assured (by whom?) that a person with university degree should have a work placement to get useful work experience. Work experience provides a lot of benefits, giving skills and experience that will allow to choose the right sector to work in, it opposites the university education which gives only theoretical knowledge. It seems to me that a lot of people have a big problem to get the right job for them in spite of having a specialization, because it is not the only way to become a potential employer. To be more precise work experience is an important part of becoming workplace-ready. At any job you should take maximum learning value from what you do. It helps to plan and think about the best kind of job what you want to do, a permanent job.

The majority of young people in Russia face the problem of a work placement UNcertainty. The growing-up generation normally starts working at THE age from eighteen to approximately twenty-three, the time of graduating from university or college.

THERE IS A GENERAL BELIEF THAT It is really difficult to foresee your future and (YOUNG PEOPLE?)youth take time to find an appropriate workplace. That’s also the reason why it’s important to get enough experience before you choose or ARE? be offered a permanent job. The disappointing statisticS among my fellows shows that the chosen university or faculty WOULD NEVER doesn’t guarantee the certainty in wide variety of work placements.

HENCE after the university most young people aren’t sure about their future careers. Due to this fact it becomes popular to try a number of part time jobs. It helps to determine the main priority when looking for a job.

In conclusion I’d like to say that it is undeniable fact that youth FACE? confront problems of getting a permanent work placement. Firstly the wide variety of jobs and uncertainty of self preferences, secondly the lack of enough experience in different jobs and finally high requirements of employers. All these factors impede young people with their choices. But youth make the best of it.

Nowadays students would prefer not to waste their time doing a work placement. Is work placement a wasting of time or a chance to get a new experience?
Normally people start working at the age of 22 in our country. Sometimes it doesn’t matter, you are studious or not, gregarious or not, determined or not, you scraped through your exams at university or passed them easily, what’s really important is to have an experience. A work placement is a good way of getting it. When you shadow your tutor you have an opportunity to soak up essential knowledge, very important details that can be not covered at university. If you are lucky enough, this person can also vouch for you, it can be the main factor in obtaining a job. Furthermore, a trainee can explore different jobs before he/she is offered a permanent one. However we shouldn’t forget about employers, it’s rather difficult to understand if a future employee suits <del>to</del> the company or not. Unfortunately an impressive CV also can’t guarantee this.

Work placement is a good experience not only for employer who has time to think and watch employee at work, but also for employee who has also time to do the same.

In our country by the time people graduate from university they are supposed to be young specialists with a huge job experience. At least their future employers would like to see them in that way. That is why young people between 18 and 21 yo are looking for some part-time jobs ----------- (reason incomplete).

From my point of view, the earlier you get your work placement, the better it is. Actually the first place of work is not about a high salary, it is about gaining hands-on job experience. Personally I believe that it doesn’t really matter what kind of work you do for the first time. It’s a splendid opportunity to be prepared. I remember myself being an undergraduate. My main priority was to become independent and be on equal footing with my parents,to develop confidence in my own forces. Despite the fact my first job wasn’t connected with my career, I am really grateful to it. First of all, I took pleasure in being part of a close-knit community, I still keep in touch with those people. Secondly, I’ve learnt how to deal with stressful situations, although I’m still not good at it. But nowadays when I have to meet tight deadlines and take on a heavy workload, when I think that the situation can’t be worse and want to quit my job, I remember my first place of work and cheer up.

All in all, I suppose that having a work placement before getting a permanent job is a crucial part of our life.
Is it a good idea to have an early start?According to the statistics made by Russian mass media, the fourth and fifth year students tend to start work during their study. Is it an amazing opportunity of acquiring an experience or the thing that makes you fall behind? In my surroundings there are many people who started working, when they were studying, in most of the cases it was part-time job in their degree field. Hence they got a chance to practice a lot of skills which were learned at university. After their graduating they already had something to write in their CVs to make it more impressive. If the person has an intention to manage work and studying, he or she should have strong self-discipline, be prepared for heavy workload as they should be good at meeting deadlines not only at university but also at work. There is no point waiting for a job with a high salary, the main priority is to get an experience and to earn money that will enable students to be not so reliant on their parents. There are many advantages and disadvantages of having an early start, everyone has a right to decide what way is more appropriate for him or her. Personally I started to work in the second year of studying I worked as a tutor of two intelligent boys during the next four years. The graduating wasn’t something daunting for me, I knew that I had an experience in teaching.
