I remember the day I sow you in the store,

I looked at you and knew I had to play,

Hearing your sound made me want more,

Once I got you I played day by day,

I remember getting on stage, 

With my orchestra friends,

Reading the notes page by page,

I practiced all the weekends,

How cool you always were,

How few people play you, 

I always struggled with your slurs,

I would scrub you so you look brand new,

Through all the hard work,

I always got through, 

You pulled me through the dark,

You made it so I did not feel blue,

I played in front of my parents, 

They loved it so, 

I thought I´d feel embarrassed,

But they felt the flow,

You have always made me feel important,

Then I feel herd,

Even though you are not that foren,

Not having you would be absurd,

I will never stop playing you,

For you will be in my life,

No matter how much I grew,

You will never strife,

And I know you will always be there, 

In the darkest of times,

For you are fair, 

But you can only be there sometimes.
