1. We discussed out the process of the game before start.
2. Each of us contributed a lot and try to do our best. But sometimes lack communication between team numbers.
3. Try to communicate with other team members and have a discussion in every 15 minutes
4. Continue cooperative teamwork and start communicating effectively

It was a new, very fun experience. In the beginning, we had to adjust to working in a new team. In reflection to the Belbin roles, there hadn’t been a clear distribution of our preferred roles but rather a quite democratic approach.

Answers to the questions are as follows:

1. Our experiences

2. Confusion by change of rooms, but there was no actual conflict

3. Until now, nothing

4. Try to get a more structured approach to different tasks and more clearly designate responsibilities, continue to help each other and stop nothing

1. Good communication and division of responsibilities
2. We rushed our calculations, but we were otherwise patient and worked well together. We didn't fight.
3. Better maths.
4. Stop - rushing
Start - thinking before acting
Continue - communicating, being patient and working together

Pro:
Fun activity, great interaction between team members, learn how to cooperate with a big group, sharing information, using your brain :), practize our problem solving skills, great for teambuilding, planning skills improved
Cons: Group too big, loose track of what is happening due to the big groups size, many things are done at the same time, which makes it hard to find a clue

1. Two members of the team had done Escape Rooms before and took on Leadership roles because of that experience. There were no clear team roles, however, we were all committed to working together to complete the task.
2.Everyone was a team-player, hardworking, and positive. But we were a bit confused/ lost at the start because we did not know what do first.
3.Would love to work with everyone again! Perhaps we could have planned a bit better and assigned roles.
4.In the future, maybe we could plan on how to approach and structure the task in a bit more organized fashion. However, we should continue to be positive, patient, and motivated and enjoying our work and team.
