         <description><![CDATA[<div>Things that designer do isn't just about making the steps beautiful, but it's about solving the problem that making the world better for people.<br><br>When someone makes something they have become designers, the teacher is also a designer when thinking about curriculum, rules, teaching methods and other things related to education. The creativity of the teacher grows when they start thinking about how they will teach students when the teacher gives a creative lesson students will also think together because they see what the teacher is doing. Creating a creative mindset that is meant by design thinking.<br><br>In education, design thinking should be used as the basis of the education because with this developing mindset we can create various possibilities with creativity. The teacher becomes a trigger for students to start using design thinking, both in terms of teaching and from thinking. </div>]]></description>

Teacher designs many things, goals, program, evaluation, etc.  When we design, we tend to look every aspects of the problem, in terms of teacher and student, design thinking helps teacher to analyze their students, especially their needs. So the teacher is able to give student the suitable treatment.<br><br>Kids also need to learn about design thinking, it will help them to solve problems they are going to face in their personal life or even help solve the bigger problem in society.<br><br>Since design thinking is aimed to solve problem, so the process doesn't stop after you design. It continues until the problem solved or even after that, and in the process, it will involve evaluation, seeking feedback, and revision.</div>]]></description>
