Yes, racism can exist in systems because they are created by individuals whom can hold prejudice and racism which affect how the systems are created and who they are favored for.

I think racism can exist in systems such as the educational system. Many people of color especially young students experience racism whether that is from teachers/faculty or their peers. This can cause many to develop mental health issues as well and become push outs/drop outs at an early age.

i do believe that racism can exist in systems, from what we have been learning about we have seen racism in the school systems pushing people of color out of school or only educating them to work. I believe this initially started as individual racism but grew into a norm in the school systems.

Yes, I believe it is in systems because they have been created by those individuals. They have built a system that favors toward their race, religion, color, creed, and sexual orientation. This has been created to uplift who they favor and decrease the chances of anyone who is not of their preferences to succeed.

I believe it can exist in systems because I have heard that some schools are racist and have made actions towards racism. Some high educational schools have not accepted many people due to their racial background. I’ve also heard it in job applications, for example some people aren’t accepted due to looking at their names.

Yes, you see evidence of racism in systems and how they function due to prejudices and biases of those who constructed them. From the educational system to the justice system, minorities/marginalized groups are negatively impacted at far higher rates than their white counterparts.

Yes and no because individuals are the ones who create systems, so whoever is in there at least I think, shapes the system. Some systems aren’t created with any intentions of racism but they also can change overtime though so it’s hard to tell.

I believe that racism can exist in systems such as work places and so on as some systems are focused to guide and benefit a certain kind of people which is unfair for everyone, I also believe that it can be present in people as there has been multiple examples of this.
