Guardians are encouraged to come along and chaperone. Please see Ms. Terryn to volunteer. 

October 31st: Classroom Halloween Party! Students are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes to school. In the afternoon, we will be watching a movie and having popcorn. The list of movies will be hung on the classroom door. Please vote for your favorite! If your child is not here, please refer to Google Classroom for a virtual copy of the assignment. I will also have paper copies of the assignment for your child when they get back. Students are able to turn in their absent work up to a week after they come back from being absent. I will find time in class for them to complete their work as well. 

Homework: I do not assign any homework. If classwork is not finished in school, your student is welcome to take the work home, but I will find time during the day for your student to complete the work. I do not expect schoolwork to be completed outside of school hours.

Our families are all different, and all differences should be celebrated. Therefore, I welcome our parents and guardians into our classrooms to share something with our class. Perhaps a favourite recipe, or a favourite story. Anything you feel like sharing would be an incredible experience. December 15th: All classes will be performing in our school Christmas Assembly from 1:00-2:30. Parents and guardians are more than welcome to attend. 

February 12th: Family Day!
