It wasnt until Vladimir Lenin passed away on January 21st in 1994 that Joseph became a leader. For example he used propoganda for "nationalism" to trick them into thinking he was all for being a community and building each other up 

He assumed that Germany's enemies were weaker than them and they could take them down easy peasy, as usyal, he was very very wrong. 31,595,000 people died while he was a "leader"
