         <description><![CDATA[<div>Students work in groups to create their own podcast episode where they each have to fulfill the following roles:</div><ul><li>A character from Kite Runner</li><li>A Supreme Court Justice</li><li>A Psychologist</li></ul><div><br>Students work together to write a script wherein they speak from their assigned perspective on a specific supreme court decision's impact on the immigrant/educational experience in the US.&nbsp;<br><br>Students must engage in higher order thinking skills to synthesize various perspectives, and go beyond memorization to apply content to knowledge to a dialogic project.&nbsp;<br><br>Students then could listen to each other's podcast to deepen their understanding of characterization, perspective, rhetoric, case law, and psychology.&nbsp;<br><br>The art component could be that the students have to make their own political cartoon to be the cover of their podcast, which they present. </div>]]></description>
