I think it's innate. It's contradictory but it is those contradictions that give it such mystery; it's soft curves with sharp edges and it's whispers as loud as shouts. There is a grace there which is very hard to emulate but which can also lead to it being viewed as fragile. Which is to entirely misunderstand it.

Femininity to me is more of at outward appearance than a personality. I would associate certain attitudes and ideas to femininity, Femininity is a more softer, graceful approach but can still maintain all the power and integrity without the anger and bravado associated with masculinity. Feminity to me looks a certain way, again, in opposition to masculinity E.g Woman have longer hair and men have shorter hair. It is a concept, a feeling, an identity, innumerable things: a subjective mantle.
To me, it is a reclamation and rebellion, my own personal sedition, and a heavy crown on a stubborn head. 
Whatever you call feminine, it becomes.
