He noticed a sharp dip in his sales for the past five quarters. His supervisor Shivanand Reddy, told Bandhy that he just had the next quarter to up his sales, and he would be eventually replaced if he was unable to do so. Bhandhy had recently purchased a three bedroom flat on mortgage and the loss of his job meant loss of his home as well. After Reddy’s warning Bandhy started to reinforce his sales team by closing some of the vacant positions. After interviewing few candidates, Rima Khanna the last candidate for the day walked in, she was a sales executive for High Fly Travel Agency and had recently left he job. Bandhy was not very impressed by Khanna, however before she left she placed a piece of paper on Bhandhys desk and said these are the high end clients of High Fly, after a six month market research High Fly was able to identify some high end tourist who were interested in in-bound golf tourism in her area. Ltd., returned to his office one late afternoon on 10th January 2015. His secretary had left a bundle of telephone messages for him and most of them were from their client, Jarvis Travel Ltd. It was a prestigious client with around 7000 employees from various states and the deadline was fast approaching.  Raj was thinking what to tell Jarvis Travel. A knock at the door interrupted his thoughts; It was Ria Lenny the lead quality analyst who was responsible for the implementation of this project. Lenny raised the issue about Raj recently reducing the budget to this project and was also concerned if Raj was planning to dump the product and outsource it to another company. Raj was seriously trying to eliminate this project as the company was still new and had two more years till they could reach the break-even. Raj was facing a lot of problems with the development of this software due to constant attrition. While Raj still felt he would be successful if he could partner with another company. His dilemma was how he would respond to all the queries by the client and not lose his best managers.
