I would love to do that when I get to college. I say so because it will cost less money, it is better than paying rent to live with someone, and I will have a place to stay when college is over. This would be perfect for me because I will be out and about doing stuff so I dont need a lot of space to live. The only bad part is getting used to the place, being away from campus, and I am not totally sure if I am okay living off the grid it depends in which location I have the house set up. I also dont know how I would be able to have friends over, because I like for people to hang out at my house sometimes and not go out all the time, and my family may want to come over. I hate extra cost and taking a long time to do projects so I may become impatient and have to pay for extras assistance to get things up and running. On the bright side I can cut one thing out my budget and help the environment a little bit.

#3 Dreamy Tree house
I choose this house because of the awesome design. The windows are designed for a cool summer breeze. I admire space that manipulate perception, on the outside it it small but there are so many dimensions when you go inside. Such as a closet, a roomy bed, and a spacious office with room to put books.

#9 Mobile Farmhouse
I love the fact that the house was made from scratch, and the wheels which makes it transportable. I also like how the sink is close to the couch because when you come home you can wash your hands sit down on the couch and turn on the tv. Speaking of the sink I think the little cabinets under the sink makes accessing cleaning material easier without taking up the space of another separate cabinet. The kitchen is also thoughtfully put together with the cabinet for pots and pans under the over/stove leaving enough space to put food. There is also a section for books.

# 26 Camp Wood
I would live here because of the camp feel it has where its not a lot of space but it seems so with the hardwood floor. I also like the very open windows where I can see everything in nature. I would personally like to live in a house that is more wide and narrow because It would make me fell more comfortable, this house also reminds me of my Grandparents house that is very spacious, but only has one floor. This would be a very relaxing house that is not enclosed it just flows with the surrounding area. This would be ideal for a family get together where parents may want to keep an eye on kids, but still have tons of fun.

The land in rural areas are cheaper, then most. The only things is you will find it harder to get a job or be close to things. Most people just put their rv or bus on an already used land and deal with the home owner ex(money, or services). The only place you cant do this is in home owner associations. Loans are also a big deal I would rather pay for the house up front but most people get loans from the bank that have a low APR. It is also not a good idea to get loans from family because that could ruin relationships. In order to bypass laws you have to speak the word of the law, and codes. Keep a low profile, and be nice to neighbors you are living with. Social pressures occur when buying a tiny house, but you should have a firm understanding of who you are. You should also understand a tiny house is not for everyone. Fears can happen to anyone to matter how much research you do because you are putting a lot of time and an lump sum of money into something you have no clue about that is not conventional.

#5 The fallacy of A Cheap Tiny House

People think building a tiny house if cheap, but here are some costly things you may have not hear of or considered. Time which is a cost because the time you spend building or researching your tiny house the less time you have for your job or everyday things. You also have to account the time it take s to hire the right people, gather up tools, and other resources. If you want your house to be built correctly you have to spend money on consumables like new nails, screws, and glue which you cant reuse. Most people dont have the tools to build houses already so remember that when people talk about the cost of tiny houses. The trailer is a big one because if you buy a used trailer you may have to spend new trailer money on refurbishing, but sometimes you can buy a used one and it works perfectly well. Appliances such as a heater is going to cost you around 1400, but you may be able to get one for a cheaper price.

When planning to build your tiny house you should first think about what you do in your normal house. Once you do that you can get sort of an outline on what your house will consist of, so you can do your floor plan. You will most likely have to redesign the floor plan because you will be thinking of different ideas along the way, it would be a good idea to get other eyes upon your design. Then when this is done you can actually get to the building part. Such as where will you build and where things will be located. I would write down everything I need and the stores I will get the products from. Then calculate cost of the products, how/when the products will be assembled and delivered.

When you are looking for land it is hard because big cities dont have room for you. You would just have to hope you could join somebody who already has land. It is easier to find land in the country, but you will be away from your family so that is the difficult part. When you find land you will need a place to put electricity and water. Power and road access is a big part to look for when searching for land.

I would need 4.6 earths to support my living. I would have never guessed that much because I didint consider all the things I did that needed energy such as how many people are in the house, and the crops and space it takes to provide this energy. I will take into account services and food because that is where most of my footprint is located. If I lived in Ontario I would only need 2.6 earths to support everybody. I think it is different because the land and needs of the people who live in the US is different than Ontario. In Ontario I use shelter, and food a lot. The questions were different because people live different lifestyles.

I choose a classic gray colored roof with a skylight in the middle of the hitch and the front. I choose the sliding door with pine tongue and groove because I need more space and I like that color. I choose stain interior even though it cost more because I would probably have to spend more money on repairing. Ceiling fan for extra AC and light bulbs that can be replaced. I choose 3 inch book case because I can organize the books in a way that can fit, or I will find some kind of way to store them. I put the outlets near in the loft for guess and in my bedroom for when Im about to go to bed. I choose the media center for everthing studying. The latter was there for a little excise and it was cheaper. I have a rv toilet with extra space by the sink to store towels and cleaning products. Propane for extra energy I dont need light that much.
