Henry Morton Stanley did not care about people or how he took care of them. He just wanted to be rich and famous. Using other people to do his deeds and not caring if they were children or not. He was the one who led Leopold to do all these awful things for them knowing that other people were suffering because of it. Although Leopold is also to blame because he was also a part of this, it was mostly Henry's idea to do it because he wanted fame.
