I have always loved meeting new places and seeing the beautiful corners that Puerto Rico has. In each part we can find a treasure in which we can perform different outdoor activities. A place where you can have fun and relax either alone, with family or friends and what is nearby is the Humacao Nature Reserve. It is a beautiful place surrounded by nature, where you can rent kayaks, walk, bike, fish, among other activities. In addition, it has an impressive view from El Morrillo, a small hill that allows you to see Vieques, Culebra and windmills.

The Nature Reserve is located in Punta Santiago. If we have the starting point of the University of Puerto Rico in Humacao, you will go east on PR-908 / Av. Roof tiles. Turn right to merge onto Cruz Ortiz Stella / PR-30 turnoff. Take the exit on the left and merge onto Jose Celso Barbosa Express / PR-53 N. Take the exit towards Dr. Vidal Street / PR-3 and keep left at the fork and continue towards Dr. Vidal Street / PR-3 N. Finally, turn left in the direction of Dr. Vidal Street / PR-3 N and the destination is on the right. Upon arriving at the place, you will find a visitor's pavilion. When you enter the reserve, you can see the lagoon and go up to El Morrillo. After El Morrillo, you can see some places restored and painted with so many colors. Then, if you continue walking you will reach the beach where you will have an impressive view. This tour is not so long, but it is beautiful.
]]> 2019-11-04 17:19:30 UTC https://padlet.com/genesis_castro6/kxou6wauu7r8/wish/406380468 It’s not the place, it’s the adventure jared_santiago https://padlet.com/genesis_castro6/kxou6wauu7r8/wish/421234732 A walking tour is a great way to learn close locations and check out relaxing spots.  A couple of friends, some places to go and have good laughs.  We tend to take part of tours far from home, but we can take local tours and learn from them.  In this case we will walk from The Flame of Liberty in Paris, France to The Eiffel Tower.  It’s a pretty small walk, however, full of history, adventure and beauty. 

“Flamme de la Liberté” Its a replica of the flame of the Statue of Liberty in New York since 1986.  Four blocks up the street to the right it’s the “Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris” which is the Modern Art Museum dedicated to the 20th century.  The Museum is located in 11th de la Avenue du Président Wilson.  Nearby it’s the bridge connecting to “Esplade David Ben Gourion”.  Two blocks up to the left you will see the “Carrousel de la Tour Eiffel” and the Tower its Self.
