I wholeheartedly agree with this statement as I feel that it is only through teamwork that we can achieve higher goals or achieve results that are impossible individually. In classrooms especially,though we must study individually, there are times where we must work together in group projects to create an end product that is the accumulated effort when collaborating with our assigned partners. But the whole premise of teamwork is rather vague as it is possible to work with others in a more tense manner,where friendly interaction is minimised and everyone simply focuses on the task without much interaction. Some might not like this approach as they feel that it is only through a friendly and open environment can ideas be shared and compromises can be found when conflicting with our differing ideations. But in the end,teamwork should be something allows us to attain a bigger objective through the efforts of a team.
