It allows each student to be different and in the video each person was going at a different time or rate. Which would be like learning at a pace the student needs. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The bike ride from the Sound of Music shows differentiation because everyone was rotating spots. The kids in the back of the bike pack would go to the front or middle and some would fall behind. The "teacher" also had a little child on the back of her bike, this could relate to those students who need that extra one-on-one help.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The bike scene represented the flipped&nbsp; classroom and blended learning environment by having each student starting at one point then moving along without being the same.&nbsp; Each person was able to jump ahead or to go behind to make sure that every aspect was learned.&nbsp; No one stayed in the same position the whole time.&nbsp; It was a continuous move. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Much like how in a differentiated classroom, different kids are working on different things. On the bike ride the lady supports her kids and also lets them take it away when they know what they are doing.</div>]]></description>

Then, in the classroom, they will already know the names of these notes and can start activities or other cool things with them. Students could even make their own songs with the notes.<br><br>Students are also engaging with the material at their levels are they learn the notes.</div>]]></description>

As they work on their part of their song, they move to the front of the "class." It's an on-going process that is why the "riders" never stop moving - they are constantly moving to the front and behind. At times certain ones stay with the teacher for more help. Then at the end they fall into how they understood. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Sound of Music bicycle scene relates to differentiation because first Maria was in the lead and then allowed for some of the other children to bike ahead of her. At some points, some of the children were either in front or in back of her which shows how she lead the children at first but then allowed for them to lead the group. For those that were in the lead, they were able to be on their own while she could offer extra time to those that were falling behind.</div>]]></description>

By being engaged, sometimes the children were ahead and sometimes they were following behind. Throughout the ride, spots were being rotated, much like how in a flipped classroom a child’s spot in their education is being rotated. Sometimes they will need to be behind and rely more on&nbsp;teacher instruction, and sometimes the children will be ahead after understanding the video and being able to apply the content.</div>]]></description>
