In doing so, we must allow them to succeed in becoming inquiry based, critical thinking little individuals who would positively impact self, family life and by extension nation.

3. Effectively use that knowledge to plan, develop and execute Developmentally and Culturally Appropriate learning and teaching methods that will cater to the Whole Child

4. Interrogate our practice through ongoing Professional Development that will strengthen our abilities as ECCE Educators.

5. Meet policy demands that caters to QUANLITY and not quantity.

6. Partner with people of like minds to insure that the vision is shared and our ECCE goals are realized.
