During that session, it became clear that a few participants were subtly trying to undermine my qualifications — likely to weaken my performance and improve their own chances.

I chose not to engage in their tactics. Instead, I remained focused, responded with professionalism, and let my experience and preparation speak for themselves.

At one point, when the conversation turned personal, I calmly said, "I believe everyone should mind their own business and let the process evaluate each of us fairly."

That statement set the tone. It showed I was aware of the situation but chose to rise above it. In the end, I left that interview with my integrity intact — and a stronger sense of how to lead under pressure.

Then this boy from another class walked by and said, “You’re always on your phone. Don’t you ever talk to people?”

I looked at him, a little annoyed, and said, “I’m not talking to you, am I? ,''mind your own business''.

He didn’t say anything and just walked away. I smiled and went back to my phone like nothing had happened.

It didn’t take long for me to realize that she was trying to catch me cheating. The funny thing is that I wasn’t cheating at all, I had studied and was completely focused on my work. But her constant staring was starting to bother me.

Then, just as I was starting to lose my patience, the teacher looked up and said to her: “Hey, why are you looking at other people’s papers? Please hand me your test.”

She froze. You could feel the tension in the room, everybody was looking at her.

And all I could think was: If she had simply minded her own business, she wouldn’t be in that situation.

All companies have people to talk badly about each other, there are people who don't want to talk with anyone, and there are curious people.

The curious people are the worst because they approach you to ask many things about your life.

In that case, I tell them to mind their own business!

thinking on how I can help them and how I could improve their

lives. But then, they think I'm a nosy person. What I really must do is mind my own business, like my mother always said.
