Last Christmas and New Year holidays, my family and I went to Jogja to gather with our extended family. We went to jogja by car and during the trip i listened to music and slept. We were in Jogja for a week. We walked around to see the atmosphere and the very crowded streets. On December 25th you gather with your extended family and eat together. One day before leaving Jogja, I met my old friends. It was a very memorable experience because my friends and I only met twice a year. When we met, we talked a lot about old friends and many other things. After that, we made pizza together and had lunch together. The next day my family and I returned to Surabaya.

In Korea, there is a ritual of togetherness after work called Hoesik. The bonding ritual after work or hoesik has become part of work culture in South Korea. The activities of Hoesik such as eating and gathering after a day of work. Hoesik has good and bad influences on workers. The good benefits of hoesik are that it can strengthen ties, increase cohesiveness and establish good relationships with fellow workers.

l

The bad impact of Hoesik is that it wastes work time and makes them lack rest time even though they wake up early the next day and continue working. In conclusion, hoesik is a tradition in South Korea and must be preserved. However, it is best to do hoesik every 2 months or 2 weeks so as not to disturb workers' time.
