         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tetanus is a disease that occurs when infected by a bacteria called clostridium tetani. This bacteria attacks the nervous system causing muscle contractions that can be painful. Even though tetanus is now less common because of the introduction the vaccine in 1924. However, it is still prevalent in countries like India, which had the highest number of cases in 2017 with 4,946 cases. </div>]]></description>
