         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today Moscow is not only the political centre of Russia but also the country’s most populous city and its industrial, cultural, scientific, and educational capital. For more than 600 years Moscow also has been the spiritual centre of the Russian Orthodox Church.<br>This place owns St. Basil's Cathedral, known for its colourful onion-shaped domes.<br><br>Safe: is pretty safe! There are police officers almost everywhere.<br><br>Places to do tourism in: 20<br><br>Usual clothes: If you want to go out on the town, plan to 'dress up' – that means dresses and heels for women, collar shirts and leather shoes for men. Sneakers, sandals and jeans are not acceptable.
