I would encourage her to talk to her coach to get help. she could also talk to her counselor. A trusted adult is always a good option. I could encourage her to try something new, try to get her to do more things to take her mind off of whatever is bothering her.

We think that if this was our friend we should tell them to go talk to his mom or another trusted adult. And we would invite them and keep them close. If he doesn’t want to tell his mom we would tell her for him.

one of my friends named Mac has been acting weird lately. he has tried to talk to me about his feelings but i didn’t really understand nor did i know what to say. i know that he has been going to Mr. McGraw‘s class after school. I want him to know that I care about him a lot and that if he needs anything I am always here. and that I’m always open to going to Mr. Macross class with him for comfort if he needs it.
