Forrest was always made fun of by everyone for being seen as "different" when in reality he's a very kind human at heart and has tried his best to make it through, of course with the help of Jenny. Jenny is his only friend growing up while everyone talked down on him. He grew up needing braces on his legs because of the way he was born and only had the IQ of 75 making him stand out.
