Germany is a country who’s official name is Federal Republic Of Germany. It is considered a state, since it possesses a territory of  357,022 sq km , a government which is a Federal parliamentary republic with Frank-Walter Steinmeier as their president, a population around 83 million people and sovereignty since their do not depend in any other country, state or government to exist.
Germany is considered an international actor due to its key participation and importance in the continent's economic, political, and defense organizations. Also Germany has given considerable funds in order to bring eastern productivity and wages up to western standards, which means it has an important role in many countries economy.
It has made an impact on the international agenda due to its participation in global issues like WW2 and the Cold War.

The France government (French Republic/ Republique Francaise) it's a semi-presidential republic which is the governing authority of France. It is currently ruled by the president Emmanuel Macron, his prime minister Elizabeth Borne and their gabinet that belongs to the political party of "The Republique en Marche" which is similar or may be compared to the Liberal Democrats in the UK. Other main political parties in this government are: The Republicans (Les Républicains), Democratic Movement (Mouvement démocrate – MoDem) and the Socialist Party (Parti socialiste).
The French Republic is considered an international actor because it is involved in global trade. It's the 7th importer and 9th exporter in the world (2020). France exports  aircrafts, vehicles, pharmaceutical products, food products like wine and electronic components. It also has territory on all five main continents which makes it very powerful. It also is part of many organizations such as UN.

Cataluña is a nation located in the country of Spain which has its own language traditions. It has no sovereignty since it depends and belongs to Spain but the population in this nation consider themselves unique and completely different from Spain since they do not speak the same language or practice their traditions and culture. Even though they want to independice from Spain they still belong to the country and depend on them, this is why they're considered a nation and not a state.
This nation is considered an international actor because it is industrially active and they are very good in the buisness world. It's capital is Barcelona that is considered as a global city for its economic, cultural, comercial and touristic importance.

What? He carried India's independence by speaking softly, with stirring speeches and non-violent protests; using both ethics and intelligence. Most agree that the independence would not have happened without the foundation of dissent he built among several hundred million Indians throughout the 1920s and 30s.
Why? Up until today, Indians, anti-war protestors and authors, celebrate Gandhi as a preeminent figure.
