Having a bad diet for example, eating lots of fast foods, lots of sugary foods, not having the vitamins and minerals you need in your diet. having a bad diet is a negative part of lifestyle because it can limit the things you do with your life, for example, if you are really overweight it will be hard to do certain activities. You can usually tell if somebody has a bad diet due to their physical appearance, people with a bad diet are usually hugely overweight or they could be unhealthily skinny which can indicate a bad diet. Their emotions could be put down due to the fact that they are insecure about their weight. A bad diet can lead to health conditions for example, obesity, heart conditions, mental health conditions, strokes.

drugs in general are really bad for having a healthy lifestyle although the more often you take drugs and depending on the type you use, for example nicotine is no where near as bad as something like cocaine. Drugs are part of a negative lifestyle because you can get addicted to them and over time they can affect your nervous system and that results in changes in behavior and emotions. You can usually physically tell when someone is on drugs, although it does depend on which drug it is but some examples are, bags under their eyes, unhealthily skinny, thin hair etc. You can also tell by their emotions as drugs affect emotions. Doing drugs can affect your health also by leading to diseases and health conditions for example, lung and heart disease, strokes, cancer, and mental health conditions.

Consuming excessive amounts of alcohol increases your chances of developing cancer, heart disease, liver disease and mental health conditions, among other things. as for short term effects, alcohol leads to violence, incoherent thoughts and can lead to the breakdown of relationships if the alcohol consumption gets out of hand. alcohol is also expensive, meaning someone who drinks often will spend more money and this can lead to debt or simply not having enough money to sustain themselves, this can lead to mental health problems or even physical problems in cases where someone may prioritize alcohol over food and hygiene products.
