For start the engineer always have a priporiy that its to create an innovates for the benefit of society, so we should know to begin that the ethics in an engineer is implied.

So every engineering program looks to form  professionals not only with solid scientific knowledge and competence but also with social compromise that provides innovating ideas to the national organization to fight solving problems of mankind and to improve peoples life style.

When professionals start to live in the field of business they have to know how to behave with the people to learn how to 
close a deal and sell and idea and then with all those skills they can offer solutions to society problems, and they could
get enterprises to be interesting and their ideas and provide economic sustent to perform those ideas.

For this is necesary  Moral foundations

utilitarianism: This theory  said that  the engineering's actions should produce the usefulest, but at the same time find the balance between the bad and good  consecuences.

The ethics of duty:  This theory defend that is necesary  to carry out  some assignment although it doesn't good; like a to be honest or to be fair

The ethics of rights  This is about doesn´t  brake of rights of another people.

The virtue ethics  This theory consider  an action is good when your intention is good  on the conntrary this action is bad.

DUTY ETHIC AS A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER

The engineer as a professional, is an ethical person to the extent that respects his profession and meets its obligations, he is responsible for his duties, and is attentive to the consequences of their work, where acting on behalf of humanity, of the society and the environment, that is medium where the engineer works.

ETHICS OF ENGINEER

·    Knowledge of ethics is the good for man, only it appears in       the practical situation in which it is located.
·  The ethics is a critique of what we say, think, and do.
· The ethics are human actions.
·  The ethics gives us universal values.

ETHICAL PRINCIPLES OF PROFESSIONAL

  Exercise of the profession with honesty, dignity and             integrity.
·         Honesty and loyalty to the client.
·         Fair competition with colleagues.
·         Comply with the rules governing professional practice.
