         <description><![CDATA[<p>Yes, absolutely...</p><p>Because, for example, our company (Eng Peng Group) is currently undergoing an upgrade of the company system for each and every department, which hasnt been easy for most of the staff there, but our IT department is doing everything they can to specifically design the new system to suit everyone.</p><p>Secondly, our company does torelate mistakes, and no severed punishements has been made, all they did was just encouragement and giving advices to the particular person who made mistakes.</p><p>Lastly, our company is innovative in rrsearch and development, and come out with new products to sell in the market.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think no, but not totally. Because the company I'm working is a joint venture company with France. For expat, yes! They are willingly to accept new ideas. But for most of the senior Malaysian. They do prefer to stick to the original rule. My direct senior always tell me: Shak! Don't simply change! Just follow the old way which been practicing for decade! I was just trying to make things clear. Yet... </p><p>Apart from that, provides training for the employee own benefit, implementing new policy/ SOP, using new system to reduce workload are practicing </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>From my point of view, the company that I currently work for is practicing corporate entrepreneurship. This is due to the fact that there are many new systems being improved such as from using manual assessment like manual quizzes to online assessment like quizzes via i-learn portal. During meetings, the staffs will encourage each other to improve performances such as improving teaching methods, sharing teaching skills etc. Other than that, the company provides many training sessions for young staffs like me. I would say that the company that i worked for a while practicing corporate entrepreneuship because they always try to come up with new trainings and conferences that worked with overseas speakers. The reasons that they choose to work with the overseas speakers because they want to be the well known company in the market. I think.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>i think yes. My previous company will test my ability until which level. They want to find out my problem and then lead me to solve my problem. For example, i get a task and they ask me to solve it myself. When I can't solve some problem and ask them, they just say " solve yourself". After I finish the task that I think it is finished, my supervisor start evaluated my work. From here they start lead me and solve the task that I mistaken or wrongly stated. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think indirectly, yes. The Company is currently trying to expand and be innovative. Therefore, they hire new experienced personnel to be part of the upper management. There are new things to learn, new SOP, new rules, new guidelines. I believe it is not easy for the Boss to decide this. He must have consider the cost and rewards (be it financial or non financial aspects) Because most of the upper management have been there for so long already. Some of them resist to change and decided to leave. But the good side of it (the rewards) is the Company is now is indeed expanding. </p>]]></description>

I think that company was practicing corporate entrepreneurship. It can be seen whereby the company always modify and upgrade its system especially the system which to do the customers' remittance transaction and also its website. Beside that, it always did training to its staffs in order to enhance staffs' job performance as well as to educate its staffs about their job.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think the company that i used to do my internship not so long before only practice so little  Corporate Entrepreneurship because whatever you do, you have to follow the rule that have been set. Everything is decided by the top management and the people working under them  have to do whatever they have decided. It is more to bureaucratic structure less freedom. The severity of the punishment is according to degree of mistake that have been done. I known people have been fired for the mistake they have done. Even if you have a brilliant idea the top management still prefer to follow what they have planned, on the bright side they willing to listen to it. So development of workers skill, knowledge, idea is only to suit the company not for individual development and enrichment. They develop you so you can do better on any task that they give to you.</p>]]></description>

professional Engineer, we are governed by statutory requirements, acts, guidelines, contract requirements
and ethics. Therefore, it is difficult to practise and applies Corporate

our company, we practise design review and discussion, as a method of exploring

Based on my industrial training experience, I do agree that Hilton Kuching practices corporate entrepreneurship.</p><p>Hilton Kuching has another line of resort whose operation is under the management  of Hilton Kuching, which is the Batang Ai Longhouse Resort. This shows that Hilton Kuching has business expansion. This expansion makes Hilton Kuching has both hotel in the urban area and resort in the outskirts town area. As a result, Hilton Kuching becomes the top leading champion in ranking for the hospitality industry of Kuching. </p>]]></description>
