After i watching the first video ,the main focus is on logistics in relation to transportation ,warehousing, and packaging. What i see is logistics here involves managing the movement of products to ensure that they will reach the destination on time and in a good condition. The major challenge that mentioned is maintaining the quality of goods during the transit, especially for perishable items. in the video it suggest for example, real-time tracking technology to monitor location and condition of products, and it helping the companies keep tabs on shipments. This also highlights the importance of efficient warehousing to keep those products safe and organized with proper packaging to prevent any damage throughout the journey.

For the second video its more into logistic management because its covering the definition ,importance , basic functions, and strategies. Logistics management is described as the planning and execution of efficient movement and storage of goods and information from one place to another place. It emphasizes that good logistic management is crucial for smooth business operations and customer satisfaction. Basic function was including planning, warehousing, inventory control, and transportation management. For the strategies, the video suggests that using digital technologies and data analysis to improve logistics efficiency, for example optimizing routes for quicker delivery and forecasting demand to manage the inventory better.

Watching the first video was really make me quite open my eyes because I had no idea on how much effort that goes into logistics behind the scenes. The thing that really stood out to me was the importance of transportation and real-time tracking. I mean , we just take it for granted that our packages arrives on time, right? But watching the technology they use, like tracking systems that monitor shipments in real-time is so impressive . It got me thinking all the behind-the-scenes work that goes for keeping everything organized. The way they talked about warehousing and packaging made me realize there's so much more to logistics than I ever considered before. I'm really curious about the different tools that and technologies that they use to keep everything running smoothly.

As for the second video, I found that it super interesting because on how they broke down logistics management. It's not just about moving things from point A to point B because there's a lot more strategies that involved. What really resonated with me was how logistics management plays a huge role in order to customer satisfaction and how it can make or break a business's reputation. Before I watched the video, I never thought about it like that before. It's all about planning, inventory control, and transportation working together in harmony. The part about using data analytics was very cool. It made me thinking about how logistics could become even more efficient with the right technology . This really challenged my previous view of logistics is just a straightforward process.

Answer for question 3

After watching those 2 videos and reflecting on everything, I thought of few of idea that maybe could really shake things up in logistics. My first idea is to create an Ai systems for logistics management that do more than just track shipments. Imagine that this system could actually predict delays by looking at traffic jams or bad weather. For example, if a storm is coming and it knows that the deliveries might be delayed, it could automatically reroute trucks to avoid the mess. This way, we can keep things to moving smoothly and make sure the customers get their stuff on time.

My second idea is to bring smart robot for warehousing. I mean we are living with robots that can doing a lot of things right? So why not having them to help with sorting or packaging. This would speed up the whole process and reduce on mistakes. For example, in food delivery service, having a robots to check inventory and pack fresh items could really ensure that customers get their meals in top condition. This method could also let human workers focus on other important stuff, like making sure that everything runs well and keeping customers happy.

I think with these idea could totally work in real world, especially with how fast e-commerce is growing. Logistics needs to keep up with demand and need to using technology like this could make everything be more efficient. Additionally, this would make the experience better for everyone involved.
