How do I remove them so they don't get TOMs emails?
TSCs can delete accounts that are not needed for testing, then they would not receive the emails.

Many students don't have working cameras if we do virtual.

Passive or active Consent?

If no consent is given, and they refuse in person does it count against our completion rates?

Will students need to use the/a secure server to do the CAASPP?
Will that server work outside of the district servers?
Will we need to use a Zoom to monitor and converse with students who are testing?
Will the Zoom work while a secure server is being used?
How are we going to verify the identity of the student if we cannot require them to turn on a camera?
How are we going to assure every student has headphones?
How are we going to assure every student has a quiet testing places?
Will use of the video audio setting by the testing program violate the no video requirements with the students?
When are we likely to hear the yes/no/virtual/in person decision regarding testing
Many students will not exchange because it will cost them money.
