During the stages, skills learned include, initiating play with other children, asking questions, make believe, and learning initiative.<br><br>Personally, growing up I would play a lot of make believe games with my friends on the playground. During this time kids learn physical interactions, intellectual development, right from wrong, and developing an attitude.<br><br>Personally, I remember having some of the worst attitudes during this stage. A lot of my teachers would struggle with me, but my mom enforced discipline.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Stage 5: Identity vs Role Confusion</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This stage lasts from the ages 9-13 for girls and 14-17 for boys. This is the beginning of adolescence. This is the second fastest growth period. Developmental skills obtained include, reproduction, sex characteristics begin to develop, and hormones begin to develop.<br><br>Personally, during this phase I became very sweaty. I would sweat all the time due to hormones. My mom took me to the doctor, and they said I would eventually grow out of it, which I did.</div>]]></description>

You may deal with hardships such as parental deaths and may even feel like you are running out of time.&nbsp;<br><br>Personally, I watched my mom deal with the death of her father which was really hard for us, and made her really start to reflect on life.</div>]]></description>

Your health may become more delicate and important to you, grandchildren may arise, but ultimately, you must face death. Three ways that age is measured are: chronological, biological, and social.<br><br>Personally, I have watched my grandma age over the past years, and as she ages, her health becomes more delicate, and doctor visits become more frequent.</div>]]></description>
