Ingredients: a whole sea bream, two lemons, two garlic cloves, dill, butter, olive oil

Firstly, squeeze a lemon and pour its juice in a bowl. Add a spoonful of olive oil, some drill and the garlic cloves, which have been previously crushed and a pinch of salt.
After that, marinate the fish by putting it into the bowl. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave it in the fridge for at least one hour.
Meanwhile, grease a baking tray with a bit of butter and chop the remaining lemon to obtain three or four slices.
Once the fish is marinated, place it onto the baking tray and make several light cuts on its surface. Insert partially the slices of lemon into the fish and drizzle everything with olive oil.
Finally, place the baking tray in a preheated oven for 25 minutes (180º) and it's ready to serve.
