Identifying Main Ideas in Texts</p><p><br/></p><p>- Focus on the central thought or message, not every detail.</p><p>- Look for topic sentences in paragraphs or key visuals in multimodal texts.</p><p>Example: In a news article, the headline often tells the main idea.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>3.
