Splitting into quarters reflecting the 4 Capacities also works well, and having the pupils choose targets at the beginning of the week allows them to focus on a different area. E.g. some have focussed on using more Wizard Words (which they identified as Successful Learners), some to listen more in class (responsible citizens) whereas some identified that they are already good at listening but could contribute more in class (effective contributors).
